The Ambivo to QuickBooks invoicing integration streamlines your sales process by automatically generating an invoice in QuickBooks when a sales deal is closed in Ambivo. This workflow can be fully customized using Ambivo's automation capabilities to trigger QuickBooks invoice generation at any point in the sales cycle.
This functionality is made possible by importing or associating Customers and Items in QuickBooks with Companies and Products in Ambivo. Specifically, a Customer in QuickBooks maps to a Company in Ambivo, and an Item in QuickBooks maps to a Product in Ambivo. When a sales order is generated in Ambivo, an invoice for the mapped customer and the corresponding line items are created.
